Crystal Clear Als er iets is wat duidelijk zichtbaar geworden is dit jaar is het wel kracht en inhoud. Vanaf de seizoensopening op het NK teams in Den Haag tot de premium meeting in Malaga heb ik 20 races gelopen… en dat in 1,5 maand tijd + het nodige vliegwerk. 100, 200, 4x100m. Ik overleefde het. Nu ik hier even naar terug kijk denk ik..ONGELOOFLIJK.. dat mijn lichaam dit nu aankan zonder de problemen die ik gewend was..The Past Vorig jaar had ik veel moeite om 2 races in 1 weekend te lopen. Vaak liep ik één week wel, de andere niet. En na de 4 races van het NK outdoor had ik minimaal een week nodig om bij te komen. Maar nu… nu zijn de tijden veranderd. Alhoewel ik in race nummer 19 (Sollentuna) en 20 (Malaga) toch wel pijntjes begon te voelen. The Good Tot nu toe was mijn beste 100m race nr 9 (Geneve) in 10.38. Dit herhaalde ik in race nr 16( Bergen, Noorwegen). in race nr 17 kwalificeerde wij ons met het estafette team voor het WK in Berlijn! Op de 200m liep ik mijn persoonlijk record + kwalificatie WK Berlijn in race nr 10 (Geneve) 20.52. Maar qua tijd vind ik race nr 20 in 20.56 in Malaga ook goed vanuit baan 8. Misschien nog wel beter. Zeker omdat ik kapot ben. Ik merk gewoon dat ik sterker ben geworden in mijn races. Nu is het de bedoeling om wat rust te pakken en daarna weer wat goede trainingen te draaien zodat ik op het WK kan stuntenJ Als het niet goed gaat ligt het in ieder geval niet aan vermoeidheid of uithouding. Dat is mij nu wel CRYSTAL CLEAR. PvL |
